This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, plan revisions, and cancellations are available for personalised work-walk balance plans purchased from Clearibioar through clearibioar.world. We are committed to fair and transparent practices that comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Nature of Our Products
Our work-walk balance plans, including the Starter Stride Plan ($89 AUD), Professional Balance Plan ($159 AUD), and Executive Rhythm Plan ($279 AUD), are customised digital planning products. Each plan is individually created based on the personal information you provide, including your work schedule, location, and walking preferences. Because plans are tailored specifically for you, standard return policies for physical goods do not directly apply. However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain fully protected.
2. Australian Consumer Law Rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to receive services that are provided with due care and skill, are fit for the purpose described, and match the description provided at the time of purchase. If our work-walk balance plan fails to meet these consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy including a refund, plan re-creation at no additional cost, or compensation for reasonably foreseeable losses.
A "major failure" occurs when the plan is substantially unfit for its intended purpose, cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, or differs significantly from what was described. In cases of major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement plan. For minor failures, we will attempt to remedy the issue within a reasonable timeframe before a refund is considered.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee Period
We offer a fourteen-day satisfaction review period beginning from the date your completed plan is delivered to you via email. During this period, if you believe your plan does not reasonably reflect the information you provided or does not align with the plan tier description, you may request a complimentary revision or a full refund.

4. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:
- Your plan was not delivered within ten business days of receiving all required information from you, and the delay was not caused by your failure to provide information
- Your delivered plan contains significant factual errors in route mapping or scheduling that we are unable to correct within five business days
- Your plan materially differs from the tier description on our balance-plans.html page
- You request a refund within the fourteen-day satisfaction guarantee period and we determine that a revision cannot adequately address your concerns
- A major failure under the Australian Consumer Law has occurred
Refunds are generally not available in the following circumstances:
- You simply changed your mind after the fourteen-day satisfaction period without identifying a defect or failure
- You provided inaccurate or incomplete information that affected plan quality, and the plan accurately reflects the information you supplied
- You have already used included revision sessions for the Professional Balance Plan or Executive Rhythm Plan
- More than fifty percent of your plan period has elapsed and you have received all tier-specific deliverables
5. Plan Revisions
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to take advantage of plan revision options included in your tier. The Starter Stride Plan includes email support for minor adjustments within the first two weeks. The Professional Balance Plan includes two dedicated revision sessions. The Executive Rhythm Plan includes monthly one-on-one reviews throughout the twelve-week programme.
Revision requests should be submitted with specific details about what needs to change, such as updated work hours, a new suburb, or adjusted walking duration preferences. We will deliver revised plan sections within three business days of receiving your revision request.
6. Cancellation Before Delivery
If you wish to cancel your plan purchase before delivery, contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet begun creating your plan, you will receive a full refund. If plan creation is already in progress, we may offer a partial refund reflecting the work completed, or deliver the plan as purchased at your discretion.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@clearibioar.world and include your full name, purchase date, and plan tier.
7. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
If you wish to upgrade from the Starter Stride Plan to the Professional Balance Plan or Executive Rhythm Plan, contact us and we will apply a pro-rata credit from your original purchase toward the higher tier. Upgrades are available at any point during your active plan period.
Downgrades from a higher tier to a lower tier are not available after plan delivery. If you believe a lower tier would have been more appropriate, contact us to discuss options within the satisfaction guarantee period.
8. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within ten business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional three to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account.
9. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could affect your eligibility for future services from Clearibioar.
10. Digital Product Delivery
All work-walk balance plans are delivered digitally via email as PDF documents and supplementary materials. Because our products are digital and customised, there is no physical product to return. Refund eligibility is based on the quality and accuracy of the delivered digital content, not on the return of physical goods.
11. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our response to a return or refund request, you may contact the NSW Fair Trading office or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission for guidance. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and in accordance with Australian consumer protection law.
